A warm, cozy condo at the base of Blue Mountain's North chairlift in “North Creek Resort”, formerly “Mountain Springs”. This studio loft is great for families and can accommodate up to 6 people (2 queen beds and a brand new oversized double sofa bed). Two, 4 piece washrooms with a jacuzzi tub upstairs. The kitchen includes granite countertops, stainless steel appliances (dishwasher, microwave, fridge, stove, and Keurig Coffee Machine *please note K-cups NOT provided). The cozy family room includes a fireplace and HDTV with cable.
The loft has a queen bed with SMART TV and a private bathroom.

Blue Mountain provides many outdoor activities throughout the year for you and your family to enjoy. This includes skiing, snowboarding, snowshoeing, golfing, cycling, horseback riding, rock climbing, canoeing, nearby beach, mini-golf, the gondola up the mountain, scenic caves, ziplining, and Segway tours. While staying at the North Creek Resort, enjoy the seasonal (May-September) community outdoor pool and shared hot tub, (UNSUPERVISED), tennis courts, and charcoal BBQs (charcoal not provided).

Payment information and full payment for the reservation must be received within 24hrs of booking, or the reservation is subject to cancellation.

-Guests must complete a mandatory online pre-check-in process that includes providing photo ID and an image of the card used for payment
-No Smoking/vaping inside buildings at any time. The Smoke-Free Ontario Act requires that smoking/vaping occur a minimum of 9m from doorways and windows. Guests found to have smoked in the suite will forfeit their security deposit.
- Pets are not permitted
- Full payment will be processed at the time of booking.
-A $750 security deposit is required for all reservations, pre-authorized on a credit card
-The security deposit is intended to cover accidental damage. Deliberate, malicious, negligent, or criminal behaviour that results in damage to the property and/or it's contents are not covered by the damage deposits and any associated repair or replacement costs are the sole responsibility of the guest.
